just room temperature without too much moisture so I'm sure it's fine...

my diet is about 50% protein 30% fat 20% carb on about 2200-2400 calories a day for five days out of the week and 40% protein 40% carb and 20% fat for two at about the same calorie range...

any way something about my diet could be messing it up? I've heard low carb and clen doesn't mix too well but it seems like the best way to get cut and i've been seeing weight loss results just want to know if the clen is actually working... weight is just numbers on a scale and I don't have a bf caliper so I'm kinda just hoping now that the clen is helping with making sure the lost weight is fat and hopefully I'm not losing too much muscle
