Letro reversal question

I have like a fatty kind of gyno i think from puberty I have a friend with a small hard lump) and it has maybe gotten a little bigger for me but not to drastic it's more like the same but flares forward ATM and on a day it might not be half as bad and go back to basicly normal. I guess I won't no for sure till I stop. Sucks about needing the knife man how did you pull up after. Good results? Bad scaring?

If any1 can awnser how long letro normaly takes to stop the sensitivity related to gyno please let me know.
