im in no way shape or form speaking for 007 but after seeing about 100 of his other posts i think he might say something like this....
fix your diet.. 5'7" 155lb at 14%bf is not a person ready for a steroid cycle... and especially for 5 years of hard training, something's not right...
Fair response.
My diet has been revamped for the last 3 weeks. More focus on protein, 5 - 6 meals, cutting out the fats.
Basically, my breakdown is 15 total calories per body weight - 1 gram of protein per body weight, 1/2 gram of fat per body weight and the remainder in carb. So, 2325 calories a day (620 cals protein, 697.5 cals fat, 1007.5 cals carb).
It's been working as my body fat is moving in the right direction.
Oh and I'm doing a 12-week program religiously which I'm seeing great gains on. Def worth checking out (Source: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/12-w...ng-trainer.htm).

My revised plan:
Week 1 - 10: Sustanon 250mg twice a week
Week 7 - 10: Dbol 40mg everyday
PCT
Week 14 - 15: Nolva 40 mg ED
Week 16 - 17: Nolva 20 mg ED
Week 14: Clomid 100 mg ED
Week 15 - 17: Clomid 50 mg ED
