I meant to put POST workout, no pre, so I apologize for that. Supplemented with protein right after my workout BEFORE cardio in the PM. I also switched from HIIT to steady state for 45 minutes as I go to bed within 30 minutes of doing my exercises due to the crazy schedule I work. I just wrote the post prior in notepad and copy and pasted and didn't check well enough I reckon. BUT if there are any holes let me know! I want to be doing this right, so I have a stable and steady guideline for the future.

no worries bro. glad youre still on track and gettin work done! be sure to keep track of your body, if you feel your stagnating you need to tweak your diet or cardio schedule (or both) to keep your body moving forward and losing fat. keep it up!
