If you run test e/c then pct would be a standard one, clomid and nolva. This would start either 14 or 18 days after your last injection depending on which test you choose. An ai is always better to keep on hand imo...

The example you have given is for 10 weeks, 1 - 10, is week one to ten..
Because his example is test e then yes his pct would start 14 days after his last shot..

So how about the pre-cycle Nolva? How is it done? So If I inject Test E twice a week , does this mean 250 ml every 3-4 days??

I dont see any need to run nolva pre cycle, unless your gyno prone...

If you were to run test e at 500mgs a week then you'd split that into two shots @ 250mgs per shot every 3.5 days...

Your gettting your ml and mgs mixed up...

So Nolva two weeks after last injection. But yet he said to take it during the cycle. Which one is true??

Also what is this day 1-30 and day 37 Nolva PCT.

Is this article correct and doesn't contradict itself? His PCT protocol is not understandable. Can you please give me a link to a better written Newbie cycle??
