    that is what i would think.. but i have got one ml break open amps before(pharmacy grade) and they filled the pin to 1cc on the dot. also i have pre filled 10 pins from one(pharmacy grade) 10ml vial (using the same needle to draw with)

    I think your statement might be true to UGL labs (which the gear pictured above apparently is) and maybe a handful of pharmacy grade manufactures

    Personally I was thinking the same thing, however due to lack of experience I didnt want to be shot down.
    With Sust Amps mine always fill the barrel to the 1 mark.

    fill your pin. Then pull the plunger down to the 2cc mark. Is it filled to the 1cc line or less?
