var was 20 mg, which worked "ok"

t400 started at 375mg (.4ml e3d). I started low cuz I had ever used test before. The only side effect I experienced was a bit of acne so at week 4 I moved it up to .5ml e3d which was just under 500, like 475mg/week. Stayed there for the remainder of the 12 week cycle. Maybe I don't even need to do 600?
