cycle experience? 2 different times, both test cyp with good results, 10 weeks at 1ml per week each time

I also read that clen can be used to counter catabolic effects after comming off, just wanted to know when to start, how much and when to stop. I heard 3 weeks on 3 off.
How much test would you recommend?
