Calling me out? Im not tracking....I honestly have no reasons at all to beef up my little "stats"...I am seriously just trying to get some help from you guys. It really gets hard to post on this website sometimes when us newer guys fear gettin "called out". Man I am 4% bodyfat. If you know what a P.F.T. is for the military. I run a 300. I run 3 miles in 16:18 consistently. I am in PEAK shape. I just dont have the bulky muscles. Just smooth tone. And what I am trying to achieve is just a bulkier thicker physique. But guys I really do appreciate what help I got. Thank you
