    Good split for keeping gains, staying lean

    whats a good routine for keeping gains and staying lean for the summer??

    how should i split up weight training days and cardio anyone have a good routine

    Im 6'0 225 roughly 12% BF any ideas i wanna drop below 10

    and i think im just doign too much.

    Monday: Chest, Biceps,abs 15 sets total chest, 12 sets total biceps, 12 sets total abs
    Teusday: Delts, Traps, 6 sets front delt, 6 sets medial, 6 set rear (all supersets) then 12 sets traps
    Wednesday: 30 min cardio maybe some basketball games, obliques 12 sets total
    Thursday: Back, triceps 15 sets back, 12 sets triceps
    Friday: legs 15 sets total, then 3 sets dead lift, 3 sets lower back extension, 12 sets abs

    Saturday 30 min cardio, or some basketball games
    sunday: off

    this is my current split i eat rougly 150g carbs day, 250-300g protein and 50-100g fat. throughout 6 meals.
    sunday i drop the fats and keep them about 40-50g and up my carbs to about 300. any ideas or creqitues

    Your workout is pretty tight. Hope you are throwing in squats sometimes if you don't have injuries preventing. I don't think leanness is as much about your split as it is diet and cardio possibly. If this diet and split is working for you and you have the free time, the simplest thing to do would be add half hour to an hour of light cardio (walking or biking) every day and see what happens.
