i see no need to use eca and clen together, thay are both beta 2 antagonists essentualy doing the same thing so id go with one or the other....good luck....

x2, no point using both when they do the same. The clen is the more serious of the two options. Adding ECA to it is essentially the "blue on black" idea. No point, save the money.
and way too many shakes, 1 a day is lots and it should be right after your workout if you cant eat within 15-20 mins. That second shake with 45g's of sugar? Drop that straight off and it will help lean you out. I know its your PWO, but it would be better if you used the oats with that shake rather than straight refined sugar
