Well ok thats my diet..this was yesterday..
Morning (7am):
1 boiled egg, two slice of ham, two slice of integral bread, 1/2 serving of Up Your mass (300 cals + the other things thats about 600 cals)
9am :
1 Turkey sandwich (turkey, swiss chesse , letuce) probably about 400 cals
12pm:
White Rice, cooked ham (a really large portion), with potatoes, and salad.
3pm (pre wprkout shake):
1 full service of Real Mass (Gaspari) Thats about 700 cals with skim milk)
6pm (Post workout shake):
1 full service of Cyto Gainer (with water) about 600 cals
7pm:
1 Chicken breast sandwich
9:30 pm (before bed):
Protein shake (whey) with milk about 35 g of protein.
Also i inlcude some Glutamin and multivitamins, vitamin C, zinc, etc...No creatine, as it never worked for me...
Any advice? Or i need to eat more..about 1000 cals more? until i got death or i vomit? Thanks

And expecting gains in the first week?Im surprised you didnt expect them the first HOUR.... Im sure you will look like Arnold in 2 more week.

You must have gotten that diet out of the back of a protein shake add. fvck me, 4 shakes a day? I think you need at least 6... LOL
Have you ever head of FOOD?????? Forget all the shakes. 1 a day is enough. Now learn to eat. Visit the diet section. example, Breakfast consist of 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 cup whole oats with honey, bread optional... Now add at least 5 more meals NOT counting shakes...
