    First week (Test, EQ) no gains !!

    Hello..Well im 31 years old, 150pounds, 5'9, about 12% BF, i started my cycle of Test E (400mg wk (200 Sun, 200 Wend) and 350mg of EQ (half the same days as Test). Im consuming about 1500 cals more than the normal (for a total of about 3500 cals). Also im going to the gym 6 days per week (4 of heavy weights (1 hour) and two only for cardio (40 mins jogging (70% of HR)).

    Ok now i have a doubt yesterday was my first week, so during the first 4 or 5 days i got a lot of oily skin, some little acne, and good mood, libido a little better than normal, however didnt gained one pound of weight. So now i have the doubt if the other things that im using are affecting..

    i took (0.25mg arimidex, 0.1mg of dutast and 10mg of Tamoxifen) ED (im doing that because one time when i used prohormones i developed some gyno (that i doenst have now (no pain or anything ..only a little grow in the lower chest)..and in some lab tests i had the estrogen levels a little high.

    So my question is... one of this other things can affect the gains? Or is normal that i didnt gain nothing the firsts weeks, but i got the side effects of oily skin and some acne)? Also today the oily skin is not present.. So in your experience..what is happening ?.. Thanks.

    It's only the first week, man. You won't feel much besides placebo effect in the first week with a long ester.

    But if you're 5'9 and 150lbs, you have bigger problems than possibly fake gear.

    What's your diet like?

    Honestly, the best advice I can give you is to discontinue the cycle now.

    You need to learn how to eat/train to gain muscle before even thinking about AAS.

    Well..i know that (about the diet and training) truly im have tried a lot lot lot lot lot lot...of things (i have 31 years old trying to gain weight after the 24 years).....(trust me i have talked with a lot of people (for example including the Muscle Nerd (i bought the Project X hardgainer..and nothing he refunded the money, i talked with him personally))..My story i was 138 pounds about 1 year ago..(in the University i was only 127 almost all time)...i always was veryyyyyy thin. Ok my story is really long, but for now this is some info..As i said before i had been for long years trying diferent routines, difenterent supplements, different diets...etc....so im a little desperate so i went to an endocrinologist. What he found was that i have the estrogen levels high (159 pg/ml of a maximum of 115) The doctor said is not too high for cause any problem...The second thing was that my Cortisol level are also high (25.22 ug/dl of a maximum of 22.40) also he said this is ok..(the test, the prolactin levels were in range).. he concluded that i had a ultra fast metabolism that i can eat and eat and eat and i will not gain muscle ...only a little fat in the belly (that is the conclusion of the Endocrinologist)...

    So now..about four or five months ago..i found something interesting...(i always think that my problems are because of cortisol (as i used a lot of cortisoids before) (also i got overtrained so quickly)...so i used some herbs Relora, ashwanda,,, etc.. to control the cortisol levels...and guess what i gained over 4 pounds in less than one month (trust me a great surprise)..however i discontinued the herbs because they cause sleepness and a very low libido...So waht do you think about me...Im going to give you more info..like my specific diet, and workout, because trust me i really want help...bu im sure that im a lot different than anyone...

    Man.... You are 5'9'' and just 150... I am 5'4'' 160 with 13/14% bf ... Try to eat man.. I also need to get at 175-180 naturally.. then aas... No offence..

    Well ok thats my diet..this was yesterday..

    Morning (7am):

    1 boiled egg, two slice of ham, two slice of integral bread, 1/2 serving of Up Your mass (300 cals + the other things thats about 600 cals)

    9am :

    1 Turkey sandwich (turkey, swiss chesse , letuce) probably about 400 cals

    12pm:

    White Rice, cooked ham (a really large portion), with potatoes, and salad.


    3pm (pre wprkout shake):

    1 full service of Real Mass (Gaspari) Thats about 700 cals with skim milk)


    6pm (Post workout shake):

    1 full service of Cyto Gainer (with water) about 600 cals


    7pm:

    1 Chicken breast sandwich


    9:30 pm (before bed):

    Protein shake (whey) with milk about 35 g of protein.


    Also i inlcude some Glutamin and multivitamins, vitamin C, zinc, etc...No creatine, as it never worked for me...

    Any advice? Or i need to eat more..about 1000 cals more? until i got death or i vomit? Thanks

    OMG let the FLAME begin. Sorry even though it is a flame free zone you are going to get burned. PLEASE tell us this is a joke?

    And expecting gains in the first week? Im surprised you didnt expect them the first HOUR.... Im sure you will look like Arnold in 2 more week.

    Age??? 14 going on?

    You must have gotten that diet out of the back of a protein shake add. fvck me, 4 shakes a day? I think you need at least 6... LOL

    Have you ever head of FOOD?????? Forget all the shakes. 1 a day is enough. Now learn to eat. Visit the diet section. example, Breakfast consist of 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 1 cup whole oats with honey, bread optional... Now add at least 5 more meals NOT counting shakes...

    Wow toooo many shakes bro... try to eat solid food instead of these 2/3 shakes.. dont rely too much on supplements bro.. First try to fill your answersheet then stake supplement..(lol)

    Man you need more proper food and less magic musclebuilding powdered shite you'd be better off going down the Market and getting a big bag of chickenbreasts like I do that's a good start instead of your magic potions it would work out cheaper aswell....

    AAs will not compensate for improper diet. Get your diet in order first. Train for a year or two with proper diet. Experience gains. Evaluate your goals. You may not need/desire more mass if done correctly.

    Well ok...i dont know but probably a lot of people here doesnt work or somethnig..and had all the time of the world to cook (look at you are avatars all of you are already developed and can eat like animals (also probably in their 1000 AAS Cycle)..im starting in that....also i dont weight 300 pounds with a height of 7 foot to eat 9000 cals and 10 meals per day....Sorry ..men but i only want advice..i know that nearly all people here live in the gym and had a blessed genetic...Well ok...I know i take too much supplement but i cannot make a chicken breats all the time in my work..only in the noon and in the morning..Also..a few years ago i tried to eat a lot (but im SKINNYYY...people...and the only thing that i got was an hernia in the esophagus bucause of too much food the same time, so thats why i take about 6 not bigger foods.., also i think that getting 1500 cals more per day is good..(as i said before i only gained about 10 pounds naturally...(in one year)....Also im not a bodybuilder...Is incredible how the People treat the others when they had reach their personal goals...also where the hell i got 4 shakes..i only get 2..the others are companion of solid food...but Thanks Bossman at least the anabolics hasnt damaged your brain as the other ones..Also how i close this trheat ..probably in other forums someone has more respect..thanks..

    i see 4 shakes. 1 in the morning pre and post work out and before bed.

    If that is really all you can eat for health reason then do not do steriods. Steroids arent going to work if you dont eat enough. Even if you could gain 5-10lbs on cycle you would loose it all because you are only eating enough to support 150lbs. What you eat determines your weight.

    Most of us on here have jobs or are in school and what not. Hell i work 2 jobs. I cook a bunch of food at 1 time and that saves time for the rest of the week,

    so again if you cant eat more then except the fact that you are skinny. Its better then being fat and just enjoy your life

    OXKAR!!! dude. i look at this site every day. and when i read a thread like yours, i see the same damn replies. Are these people posting responses close to you or know your matabolism rate??? NO!!!!! they dont. they expect everybody here to be body building class. what they dont understand that there are people out there who cannot gain weight after a certain point. Im not saying that your at that point yet though. I will agree that you need to drop the protien shakes and add a meal for each shake though. and like they said before get your diet in shape before thinking about aas!!

    you are correct nobody knows his metabolism rate. And yes it is harder for some people to gain weight just like it is for some people to loose weight.

    But it is a fact that if he eats a surplus of calories he will gain weight no matter what his metabolism rate is. He will gain fat or muscle.

    And lets face it he isnt eating a whole lot. That is his problem like it or not. My wife eats close to that a day and had 1 shake a day.

    thank you. I get so tired of fat people blaming a slow metabolism and skinny people blaming a fast metabolism. those traits just underline the fact that diet is even more crucial for those people.

    Yes not all people are going to be 200lbs of muscle im not and will never be. The kid doesnt want to be skinny. He may be a healthy weight naturally im not disagreeing. But he wants to gain weight. He will if he eats more that's a fact and no matter what his metabolism may be it true. he may need to eat 10,000 calories to be 180lbs were i need 3500. But if he eats it he will.

    His diet is what is limiting that the end of the story. If he doest fix that he will never gain the weight he want steroids or not.

    my only point was that just about everyone who uses metabolism as an excuse to why they can't gain/lose weight is wrong, it's because they haven't dieted properly while factoring in their metabolism. why you would choose to call me out in a thread that underlines my point is beyond me. he blamed his metabolism, then posted a drastically sub-par diet.

    This is some hilarious stuff. I especially think it's funny considering this is a steroid forum. I mean, who on here isn't trying to get as big and muscular as possible? And if I were to go to a bunch of guys that I assume are either bodybuilders or wannabe bodybuilders, I would expect to get flamed for whining about not eating enough and not working enough but still wanting results.
