    Question Needing alittle help here

    Hey Guys,
    I'm new here and need alittle help here
    I've been working out and got very nice gain, but after
    stopping using, I start losing my size. Is there anything that I help
    stop this ??

    40 5-10 212 bf around 13%
    off and on for three yrs, my last cycle was about 8 weeks ago. I'm on a very good diet, no not running any PCT.

    How much do you lose after cycle and PCT? You are running PCT after cycle, right?
