It doesnt seem to be an abcess, just a build up of fluid or oil.

Did you inject in there a few days/weeks before?

Have you used this site for injection before?

I have had rashes and lump twice. They went after 4-5 days. In my left shoulder.

Yes, i injected there a little less than a week before I injected the shot that went bad. So the overuse of the site could be contributing. Its my most common injection site... i had been rotating left vent and right vent for 2x week shooting

i gave up using vents for this reason, may be a coincidence but i had trouble with lumps in this these sites also
