Probably 10% which is great. You're good and lean, with the proper diet you should be able to add some good clean bulk. I'd suggest you post up your diet in the diet section and get some help with it to make sure you're on the right track.

Thanks brother. I am trying to do just that right now.
I actually just had member CMB tweak my diet a little bit, only had to change a few things such as casein before bed instead of whey and adding oats to breakfast.
Hopefully this will help me pack on some more solid weight.
