For starters the Test/Sust should be run 2 weeks longer than Deca.
The PCT should be started 2 weeks AFTER your last injection of Test/Sust, not before.

Yes the HCG can be ran during the cycle but most people use it mainly to keep their balls from shrinking to much during cycle.

As stated, you need to do more research on PCT and proper cycle.

Maintenance cycle you mean a cruise? How much? When was the last time you had your blood work done? check your hormone level.
It really would be advisable to get your blood work done so you know your baseline before starting the cycle.
