    To be fair, I haven't seen any calories counted and I am assuming this was just a rough outline of his daily intake.

    @ OP... count your calories for a general day: protein, carbs, fats
    And how much is real food and how much is supplementation and get back to us.

    200g of protein for 195Lbs frame isn't the end of the world either. International sports journal states 0.9g of protein per pound of bodyweight will build muscle. This is an official study. I would definitely try and increase this figure though, especially if you are going to be taking gear.

    Your right 200g is not a horrid figure if it were whole foods. But when over 1/2 of it is shakes it sucks. 1.5g/lb is where most people can grow well unless your a hard gainer. So from a numbers stand point the OP is not far off but since most of its powdered he lacks the steady flow of aminos from whole food proteins.
