well he is starting at 185 before cycling...so i am assuning he is going to be getting around 200 and that would be 1.5 grams of protien per lb. just to maintain that. what would you suggest? 300 would be minimum imo.

I see what you are saying buddy, but imo he needs *atleast* one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and anything else above that is a bonus. That was my only point.
If he can manage 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight, fair play to him...
As BJ said, fish oils are an excellent supplement choice. I never go without them anymore. And milkthistle is unnecessary with an injectable cycle of test.
If you just cut down from 205Lbs and have a good solid base at 185Lbs then I think you are fine in that department at your height. I'd maybe wait another few years though, I thought about cycling at 24, but I am glad I waited till nearer 28. Alot can change in your life in 4 years, especially in your twenties!
