    energy drinks

    do any of you guys drink any of the energy drinks???
    the diet ones are like 10cals , no sugars.. lots of b vitamins and taurine and of course caffeine. so its the supplements i would usually buy.... just wondering if any of you guys drink any redbull or rockstar...

    I like Red Bull...with vodka...and its not bad with Jager either. I love the way my heart feels like its skipping beats the morning after over dosing on alcohol and energy drinks all night.

    sugar free Monster and Rockstar are my favs. Don't care for the taste of the sugar free Red Bull....plus they rape you on the price for how small they are.

    My favs are the SF Spikes!! To be a small can they have a mean punch. You usually can only find them in gyms or supp stores though. I also like Cokes Full Throttle SF and the NOS SF is another good megamart choice.

    Its honestly cheaper to just take some caffienie pills or get some ephedrine. I got up to 7-8 ed of the sugar free redbulls and low carb monsters. It gets to the point though that you have to have them to function ha. Redlines are very good too.

    I believe that's Amp. I just had 2 yesterday. I drink them to help give me a little energy boost when working. And they taste alright.

    Yup, they are my only pre-gym supplement. A can of rockstar everyday, and I'm not joking, i have them by the boxes., varied flavors. Not sugar free BTW, the 60grams of sugar replaces my maltodextrose and is great for bulking. I don't drink them during cutting though, but i just have about 400mg of caffeine through caffeine tablets.

    Ive been drinking them as pre workout energy boosters now for a while.. Blue rockstars are the best when it comes to flavor, and they have the highest amount of caffeine. Low carb and 0 calories!

    Red bull and jager with some Voddy is a great energy drink

    I had a red bull yesterday cos I was shatered from all the driving and they do actually work. I'm amazed they haven't been banned in ireland due to the B vitamins in em.
