Very nice. I've been learning to enjoy my Glock quite a bit more.

I'm in the market for a handgun. Everyone hates the glocks but it shoots well for me. Only downside are it's idiot "safetys."

I was told to look into Springfield amoury xd. I have to go into a shop and hold some one them. Your gun looks sweet.

Yeah, I've shot it a few times. It's a beast. Right now it's currently my only one. I'd like my next firearm to either be a Mossberg 500 or an AR-15

OK was just wondering how it compared to other guns. I'm probably looking at a Sig Sauer P-226 in 9mm to go at the shooting range.

I've owned the Springfield HD 9mm and .40, but never the .45
They are very good guns. Light weight, good magazine capacity, very smooth firing, accurate, good safety feature, and I NEVER had a single jam or misfire.
I think they are well worth the money.

the only two guns i will ver own is a .45 and and AR-15 with a full auto conversion(not really a conversion..you just remove a pin in the fireing mechanism)..ok, you caught me..the last one is a assult rife..but who cares right?

another gun i would sell my body for( i never get any takerslol j/k).....a .455 super win-mag 5-shooter revolver with a HUGE barrel. the damn thing looked to be at least 12" long and im talking just the barrel here. i cant remeber who makes it...but i think its either remmington or...damn..cant think of the other big gun maker..smith and wesson...maybe not even them tho. cant seem to find a pic of it anywhere...

it kinda looked like this gun, but had a longer barrel, looked more boxy, more bulky, and could only hold 5 rounds...

I completely agree I love my beretta 92. I hate glocks but maybe I'm just a bad shooter.

I have a Glock 22 .40 cal. I got it for an awesome price or else I would have stayed away from glocks. I find that after a couple shots on the factory grip a little perspiration makes it slip a bit and shoots off the mark a bit. After the hoque grip it was night and day. You cant beat the aftermarket support for Glock though, its the Chev 350 of the handgun world.

I have both a Sig Sauer P229 in .40 and Sig P250 in .40, as well as a Smith&Wesson 4013 in .40. The Sig P250 compact is a great gun if you are looking for something polymer that wont break the bank. Every gun has kind of a cult following behind it, so it is really what balances best in your hand. That's why different guns have different grip angles and so forth. The only draw backs to Glock's is double-action only. I do not like double action only, which my Sig P250 is, only because its a subcompact meant for deep conceal&carry.

The reason being, is that double action only's have a long heavy trigger pull. This presents a problem if you need to take a really precise shot, because the long pull is going to cause your hand to twist and possibly pull the gun off its mark, every single trigger pull will be long and hard. The benefit of having single/double is that if the weapon isn't cocked, the first shot you take will be in double action, and it will be a long pull, but all subsequent shots will be short and require less pounds of pressure on the trigger to fire the weapon. These are things to consider....

Abominator...I really like the USP's, but for the .45 I prefer the feel of the HK45 and the MK23.

An HK USP .45 is a beautiful thing. I have the full size. I'd have gotten the MK 23, but here in Cali they are not for sale . It is the only auto pistol I have spent a good amount of time with that has never once jammed up on me.

Glocks to me are a gun i dont have to worry about, now if i want to go target shooting to show off ill bring my sig., berreta, and 5.7 but if my life was on the line = GLOCK 23 or 30
    i carry a g26
but do have a p238 as pocket carry

The 223/5.56 is overrated imo, its a mouse gun, looking to 6.5 or 6.8mm or a Ar-10 which is the ar15 but calibered in 308 7.62x51

I noticed that with the glock i shot. Felt like there was way too much "travel" in the trigger. Right now i am not a gun owner so not sure what you call it. Dead space or whatever.
