    Hey mate what are your current 1rms like?

    Personally it looks like you go abit upper body crazy?

    Dont get me wrong you look awsome but i still think calves same size as bis is a good indication of balance... Other wise it looks a bit wacky when your biceps are almost as big as your quads...


    Not picking just a friendly observation.

    yeah you're right. As usual with a lot of people when I first started lifting didn't care much about my lower body... still did legs but not as strong or commited as upper body, but once I started to see the development of my upper body and the unbalance, I stated to push it. Now I work my legs and calves a lot more than my upper body, I got long legs and its been hard for me to get some size. I love working legs now... I'm trying to get them a lot bigger now. The only thing left is to keep pushing it. I have made a lot of progress since those pics thou.

    On another note, I have decided to stay natural and keep competing at that level. I think is a better choice for me at this moment. Peace bro.

    The choice is your naturally as you said.. But it is good to see people sticking to it and looking to the future for extra help and focusing on what is important in the now...

    Heavy back squats, overhead squats and deadlfits Lots of Military.push press, become friends with powercleans and the world will be yours..

    There is a bodybuilder at my gym the guy Is a nugget he is getting better results now working on power/olympic lift basics and adding in a few extra things for details...

    Remember compound lifts increase androgen levels, isolation work does not...

You are playing total russian roulette with your already superior hormone levels by even touching testosterone that you already have and jeopardizing being on testosterone for life. If you decide to ever shoot up you may as well chop of your balls, because you already have everything you could ask for.     Hey bud;
    Good decision - seems like you will continue to grow with the right diet and dedication to lifting. I'm way older than u so it was an easier decision for me (my natty test was low) but once you go on ASS it's a lot of work to monitor it and all the sides and get the right balance of compounds for your body. Then it takes dedication to get you through PCT too and after a few cycles you may find the pct doesn't bring u back to where u were before.

    Well it means you holdoto mroe muscle allowing you to have a larger capacity to burn claories so when you do do something about it it happens easier...

    So it doesnt "do it for you" but it sure as hell does effect it...

    Also to the other guy introducing tests atrophys the testicles not the penis...

    I challenge any guy on here to post some before and after **** pics after weekly to bi weekly testosterone cypionate shots of 200mg/ml and prove to me their penis is the same size. Loading up the body with an 8 day half life supply of testosterone is going to shrink your penis.

    and what about all the bodybuilders and people that use test, are they in testosterone for life, just for doing a control cycle??
    why would i have superior hormone levels? that was the day before a comp. i am that lean and cut because of my diet and dedication.
    I am going to et on gear later in my life... but obviously this guy doesnt know what he's talking about.

    Actually my penis grew once i started TRT for my low hormone levels...

    You clearly dont know anything about atrophy/hypertrophy of organs.

    My penis is now inside my body and more represents a vagina from running cycles. I swear the first time i put that needle in my ass it shriveled to about the size of a five year olds. Im glad this guy was banned. He is a troll

    To be honest though it actually looks bigger on cycle because my nuts shrink.

    Well, i'm not thinking about taking roids for simple looks. I love to compete and want to take my competition to the next level. If i didnt like to compete, I would never consider usind steroids. Still havent taken the dive thou, going to give more natural time to reach my natural max.

    My hat is off to you bro. You're ready. Once you have your PCT figured out go for it. Proposed cycle looks good. I would only recommend the dbols for first 4 wks IMO

    What do you guys think? Do you think it would make a difference between the lighter or stronger cycle (between the two I mentioned)?

    Here are some pics: the first pic is from a couple of weeks ago (February 10th, 2010), my weight was around 192 (was trying to bulkup a bit, don't want to add too much fat thou). The last 4 were taken two days before my last competition (12/24/2009), my weight was around 180. Competed in 80 kg (won 1st! and overall).

    I might be talking shit right now, but I think I got good genetics, I can get lean really fast, and have good proportion. I want get bigger but stay fairly lean.

    Think I'm ready? Advice?

    Well guys, I have decided to take the dive and I also really appreciate all your guys comments..... but I need your guys opinion on whether I just drop some fat before starting my cycle.

    The first pictures of this thread it was the leanest I've ever been but like I said I've tried to gain weight naturally which has really been f*ing frustration because of course I have gain a good amount of fat.

    Here are some pictures of my current state, my weight is 192 lb. vs the first lean pictures where i was about 177 lb. I know I look a lot different but want to get bigger and its been a couple of months and i'm stuck around 190-195 lb.

    Do you guys think I should loss some fat before starting my cycle or that current state is good? What would be a good weight or standard weight for starting this kind of cycle? Really appreciate your guys opinion.

    Anyways, I'll post a new link for my new log once I get the last things in check.

    No, no need to drop any more fat unless you are leaning for competition SOON.

    Run your cycle, keep the diet clean and you should be G2G

    The after pics should be impressive.

    There are people, with lots of cycles haven't achieved that kind of body.
