    Primo cycle

Hey was thinking of doing a 12 week cycle of Primo 500mg per week along with 100mg Test Prop EOD. Do you think the 500mg of Primo every week be enough to see results in 12 weeks. Doing it to cut fat, while maintaining as much muscle as well.

    How old are you?
How long have you been training?
    Previous cycles?

I wouldn't run a cycle at your bf, its pointless to be honest with you! You need to redesign your diet and increase your cardio and get rid of as much bf as possible naturally, this will take months.

I couldn't agree more, we have plenty of legit members here, we don't need to waste out time with liars and children

I haven't been here long at all, but I have seen an excessive amount of this nonsense. I'm in accord with the ban idea.

I will agree though, on a good day I'm 27 years old 3% BF, some days I'm 19 years old 25% BF. Fluctuation is a bitch.

yeah it's ridiculous. as you know we advise responsibly for the safest advice possible. these immature kids come on here and lie about their stats trying to get around the safeguards we have in place for their own good. what makes it worse is every question they ask could be answered just by researching.

Everyone is in the "I want it now" era, and are use to having things spoon fed to them. It's like this in many things, not just what we see here. That is whats also sad IMO.

    We see a lack of:
    devotedness
    commitment
    dedication
    effort
    hard work
people taking that "extra mile" to what they want, or where they need to be.

It doesn't even take much of the above to seek out what you are looking for on you own, and to get a second opinion on it here. But everyone wants the information handed to them on a silver platter, ready to go, without knowing why or how whatever they are searching for works.

Where is the pride in that?
