Yes it is ****en great and when i take it my productivity level shoots up literally in everything gym and chores. but in the gym there is nothing better for me. i have never once when take ECA after my workout walked out of the gym without doing cardio it just gives you that push and extra energy.
Man, I know. I can't even describe how much energy I had. As I said, I literally couldn't stop moving. I checked how much was in each cap:

So do you guys with experience with this stuff think I should stick with taking 2 pre-workout as I did, or should I try 1 next time???
