Ephedrine is a heart beater over time, and is a victim of diminishing results. But taken in small amounts, once every 5-10 days you can get a major workout off of it. I would only use it in the morning, because I like to get my 8hrs of sleep at night, and no using it to go out and party or with alcohol your asking for trouble and building a useless tolerance when you could be using it for a big Legs/Chest/Back day.
I use it once a week to push through, but its no joke, it really does put some extra strain on your heart.
