						okay cardio i just do It to warm Up before working out ... i used to play form a long time and stoped and then i came back from 3 months now ..... and this is how i work out
Day 1 Chest only
Day 2 Arms : Bi and tri
Day 3 shoulders
Day 4 Back
Day5 Legs
Then day off
then start again
