    Besides, if you're body fat stays the same but you increase muscle mass, then body fat still goes down because you are measuring it as an percentage of your total mass, get it!? I wouldn't read too much into your numbers other than that you've gained a lot of muscle and that you started at a too high body fat percentage.

    That make sense right there and thats why. For some reason I did not take that into consideration.
