Question about Letrozole

Hey, I have puffy nipples I think from puberty because I have never taken steroids. I was wondering if the Letro will still get rid of the gyno because I have never taken steroids and am not doing a cycle now.

I would first go to your doctor and find out if you still actually have gyno. If the puberty gyno is gone, and you just have the puffy nips, more than likely it is pseudo-gyno (fatty tissue under your nips), and letro will do nothing for it.
