Tramadol is a synthetic codeine
in some medical books you will see it listed under NSAIDs but it is NOT!!
I've taken it for injuries and it really kills your desire to eat. You will lose weight on this stuff and it will not allow you to get deep sleep.

I dont recommend it
find a chiropractor or something else.
