I applaud your thoroughness, though with a beginner cycle like that, HCG really won't be necessary. 75kg is only 165 lbs. How tall are you?
As far as exercise, I really, really like DC's training style. I used to lift the "conventional" method for years, and I tried DC about 2 years ago. Loved it so much that I wouldn't lift any other way.
