First Cycle Ever...(Need expierenced Feedback)

Since you are already in motion.
You maybe need: Arimidex, aromasin or letro (AI's for estrogen side-effects)
You maybe need: Prami or caber for prolactin sideeffects.

You definatelly need a PCT.
I'd go with:

4 weeks of: 20mg nolvadex
4 weeks of: 50mg clomid.

Thats after you cycle is ended.
PCT would start 2 weeks after last pin of testo.

now as far as the AI's i have just take some and my side affects are now gone, so common sense would say not to continue taking this unless the sides come back right? I was told taking AI's can actually take away from your gains..is this correct? thanx!

If you are prone to gyno (which may be the case), you may want to stay on the safe side by running adex during cycle at .25mg/EOD.

It is true that they can hinder gains, but it depends on the dosage too. They are fighting back estrogen, but you need estrogen for muscle growth. If you run adex during cycle, I dont recommend you run letro afterwards, this can cause an extreme drop in estrogen, and that isnt good either.

EOD = Every Other Day

There is a possiblity of adex affecting gains, but at the dosage I recommended, you should be fine. But, I would rather have a slight affect in gains then having to deal with gyno.
