hello, I ended cycle 15 days ago and my Total testosterone level is 11.5 <5-30>

is this time to use HCG or I could continue with serm and AI only?

and last month of cycle I did 100mg/14 days


ïn total 16 weeks

very bad cycle I know ... I want not cycle any more but now can you help me with pct?

Get your hands on some pct meds asap, and I'd run it like this:

nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid 50/50/25/25

I have now only clomid and nolva for next 6 days but I have arimidex on hand ...
Now I am using

nolva 20 and clomid 50 and arimidex 0,5/ day
sorry for my broken english

So can I be for next weeks only on arimidex 0,5 /day or I have to buy another nolva and clomid?
