lol you shouldn't chew 'em bro. it defeats the whole purpose of the pack (time releases). if you're gonna do that, you might as just well get an all-in-one pill and call it a day.

I undertand where your coming from bu seriously mate, No way can i swollow those massive things! Im going to change from Animal Pak, Ive only got a few weeks supply left now. Vits from AST are pretty good, and then theres Gaspari as well.

yea but that's the point. if you're just gonna chew some pills, why not get an all-in-one, or a powder or something? the whole purpose of animal pak is the fact that each pill is time-released. if you're not gonna take advantage of the time-release, then you're putting yourself through hell (and spending extra money) for no reason lol.
