As for gaining weight natural trust me I can gain and loose like clock work but to gain 10-15lbs solid weight natural thats bs. If it were that easy test shows and events would look much different! lol

there ya go, study at your leisure. both excellent supps, there have been reports that hmb is only beneficial for maybe a few years of reg usage, i dont know if theres any particular reason or truth to that though. zma gives great strength and improves sleep, although tht particular article doesnt suggest so lol, it works for me and alot of training partners ive had over he years

I've been through many sleeping pills and techniques, i tryied real sleeping pills that really worked but i was afraid of becoming addicted to then, then tryied the "natural" pills and didn't feel a thing, finally i gave a try to melatonin, took 3mg and it worked great, then reduced it to .75mg and it works as good as 3mg.
Just wondering how many sets per workout and how many sets per body part you done a week ? did your workouts last aroung 45 mins ?
It varies a little from week to week but here is an example of my Monday-chest, tri's, bi's work out. I hit each muscle two to three times. Two sets are muscle specific and one is a compound set.
flat bench 4 sets
first set 125x10-warm up
second set 225x8
third set 365x1-max
4th set (drop set) starting at 315 and going to failure then dropping by 20lbs and going to failure each time till just the bar.
Using the same technique as above for every work out
curved bar curls
dumbbell flys
skull crushers using the hammer curl bar
dumbbell curls
curved bar reverse curls
This work out usually takes about hour and a half. This is longer then most like but this seems to be what works best for me. Most of my work outs take 1.5-2 hours.
well thats interesting that you work out for that long i start getting paranoid that im over training after 45 mins lol ill try working out for 1 hour and 20 mins see how it goes .... cheers man
If I don't work out this long or do at least that many sets I don't feel it. Most times I'm not even sore the next day.
However I only train 3 days a week. I try to never go two days in a row. Have all that time to heal was the most important this I ever found for me. Over training gave me amazing stamina but horrible strength and size results.

Good idea! I would not suggest the tren to anyone. I was doing fine with out it and honestly it made very little difference and the sides were definitely not worth it. It shut me down right away and made me feel horrible from the third day I started it till the third week of PCT.
I will do another test dbol cycle for sure.

Do you have any pictures from the day you started the opral tren?? I would like to see BB4, B4 Oral tren and then after just to see how much those 3 weeks on the methyltrienolone did for you! I don't know how but I am now officially stronger everywhere then I was on cycle. Last week and this week have been really good in the gym. I'm now at 206.7 lbs and seem to be gaining a hair every week now. It's very slow gains but gains none the less. I happy to be gaining again and to have kept 90% or more of my gains.
