I went back to the prior page. If it was on the douche well yeah if I know in advance I do it, but otherwise I just shower well and make sure I don't eat earlier at Taco Bell. As you know sometimes spontinaeity can happen at any time and we can't always be totally prepared and just have to wing it. But really never had any issues. Everyones different, some do some don't, just a personal thing.

Note to DSM: I just got through watching an episode of Pat Robertson, nothing on but this stuff on Sunday, but it seems like we are going to fry in Hell yet another week. So I recommend you bring pleny of tanning oil along with you on our trip. BTW, got any extra shades?
