If you are going to use Arimi, .5 eod is overkill, also - I wouldnt start the arimi unless u actually notice the bloat.

i know the answer about proviron but your to young and i know that pisses you off but you still have test from being so young you can do great maybe in a couple years or more ask and ill tell you sorry.
Agree about arimidex, thats a strong cancer drug with serious sides and what comes to bloat hey thats not a side effect, actually some fluids in "muscles" does good for growth.
But then again.
I wont judge anyones age but well, don't know how many years you have behind and how are your results, haven't you been able to cut down the bodyfat down before considering cycling. Have you learned how to do that, keep your results or get gains after diet ? Good lessons that one should learn before considering cycling. And well. What comes to myself. Hey my results were stuck for looong time, but well, i learned few lessons of controlling bf and actually got best gains when i was about 20 years old. Trained for strength back then mainly which in backround i found very usefull when switched to bodybuilding style of training. Well i was stuck around 300lbs fex at the infamous benchpress for ages, then boom 380lbs in few months followed by a diet dropping the bf down, after that trained back to old results but this time wasn't gaining hardly any bf at all and decided to make it a time for first mild cycle and switched more and more to bodybuilding side. At that time i had 6.5-7 solid training years behind and knowhow about how my body reacts in natural training meaning that i could connect developement easilly what i had done, eaten, etc. etc. not to a substances taken which masks the formula of growth somehow
Consider, its your choise. Maybe you'll be happier not to use that resource now that you most propably can get higher without. Save the ace i would say with your stats. And when you do, don't go to mainstream, sure take advises, read some, but also read some about those so called "side effect blockers" which tend to cause more sides that usually imaginary sides you are expecting but would never even get.
Thanks heeps for listing your experiences ana. Im eating clean and doing cardio 4x week 25 mins a day, and im loosing bf slowly, slowly (i still have a few months). I really just want to loose fat at keep lean and have a overall healthier lifestyle then cycling up and down with my bf all the time. It feels like i've been the same weight for about a year. i haven't really grown but my strength is increasing slowly, slowly. As i said i'm just unsure if ill cycle at the moment but, if i do, in a few months i really want to do it properly. You always come across these stories "oh i wish i did this, or this differently etc." I just want to know the right answer before any foreign substance goes into my body. btw i think i can get the adex ill dose it at 0.25mg EOD
I think you're getting spike in developement after diet when you start eating clean but more than you consume added to effective training and rest.
At your age your test levels are naturally high or might be even peaking during following years + experience which comes along might be handy.
And one thing thats against cyclign at your age is that you might not get your natural test levels back to where they would be after cycle even if you would get your own production back and inside the normal values which is kinda waste. So hang on and when you're ready then you won't have doubts and who knows, prolly you even change your mind. Theres so much life outside the gym aswell which you prolly want to enjoy the fullest not having to worry what if or that condition you have archieved wont propably stay without another and another cycle.
Anyway, you're adult and free to do what you wan't with your body. Wish you a happy training and hey your strength is getting up anyway which truly helps you later on. You'll be able to hit pretty "light weight(s) baby!" with clean movements and bodybuilding workout done with heavier weights tends to give more resuts. And i dont know if gaining strength too fast is really that good for joints/injuries etc, that is ofc if you lack patience or simply get into stupid gym accidentInjuries are the worst enemy but usually things you can cope with.
