    First timer

    Ok guys here it goes.

    37 years young
    5'10"
    178 lbs.
    Don't know exactly my BF. I have had it at 8% last year (caliper tested) but only because I was training for marathons and my diet was near perfect so judging from what I looked like then and now I would put it at 12% give or take 1%.
    I have been in and out of the gym my whole life, never out for more than 6 months straight. I have always played sports including 4 years baseball at a division 2 college.
    Always have trained properly with technique, rest and recovery.
    Always have had a good diet, not perfect but I am not looking at becoming a competitive bodybuilder so I do eat foods with sugar and such.
    I work out 5-6 days per week with weights and run or bike 3-4 days per week for cardio. I also play in a pretty competitive softball league with two games per week.
    I take a good multi vitamin, supplement with whey protein at least once per day, and use no-explode before workouts.

    I am not dissapointed with how I look or anything, pretty much everbody I know tells me they wish they had my body at my age (not trying to sound conceited).

    So that's my background info, hope I covered enough so you guys that know all don't flame me to hard with the questions!

    What I am looking for is to get over this plateau that I have been on for a few years. I do not want to do anything real different with my diet, I get plenty of everything that I need. Lifting more and heavier at my age is getting tougher and tougher.
    I would like to add about 10 pounds to my body and keep or lower my BF %.
    I do not want to use injectibles, only oral. Yes I have read that they are more harmful to you and I understand those risks, remember I am 37 years old not 18.

    I have immediate access to D-bol, winnie and anavar.
    I understand D-bol can give you some water weight and you will lose most of it after your cycle is done.

    Ok so now my questions.

    What should I take or should I stack them in any way to help out?

    What dosage and for how long?

    What test should I run with them and how should I cycle it?

    What type of PCT should I do with what you reccomend and how should I cycle it?

    I dont want anybody to tell me what type of gains I could or could not get, everybody is diferent and I will just have to see how I do on this first cycle.

    I appreciate POSITIVE feedback, I know I am a noob and have to learn about this, and that is why I am here posting this!

    Test should be stacked with any oral, to avoid a complete lack of sex drive, and to achieve more maintainable gains. If you absolutely cannot pin for whatever reason, then resort to Winstrol or Var. The gains you'll get from these will be more maintainable then Dbol, although an increase in weight won't be too dramatic.

    What dosage and for how long?

    Most orals should not exceed 6-8 weeks, depending what doses you are using.

    What test should I run with them and how should I cycle it?

    Test P, C, E and A are common first cycles. Read the stickies here to get an idea of what a proper beginners cycle looks like.

    What type of PCT should I do with what you reccomend and how should I cycle it?

    Clomid and Nolva is the most common PCT stack. With a bit of research on your part, you can easily find out what a proper protocol looks like.

    Welcome! Don't like the thought of needles? Orals are harsh on the liver.

    Imo you can easily add 10lbs with a few adjustments to your diet.

    I know you said you dont want to change your diet but your going to have to and this is why. Yes with your current diet and the addition of aas you will gain those ten pounds. However because your still eating for a person who weighs 178lbs once your cycle is over those ten pounds will soon vanish...

    So with the addition of aas or not, your diet has to change...

    Yeah I am not big on needles so for the first cycle I would like to just do oral.

    As far as diet, I burn a crap load of calories everyday, I didn't even post that I work outdoors in a physically demanding job and lost up to 5 pounds of water weight everyday despite drinking a gallon of water everyday!

    I eat in the range of 4000 calories per day give or take a 1000, and it is pretty clean. I don't eat fast food at all. Lots of chicken, about 54 eggs per week and I love salmon so lots of it too. I take in 150-200 grams of protein everyday with most of it in food. Carbs are both simple and complex, I try to avoid to many starchy foods and I eat a lot of fruits.

    My body type and genetics I believe are playing a role in this too. So I thought I would give some aas a try.

    Don't ever blame your body type or genetics until you have literally tried everything in terms of nutrition and training. At your height you can still manage another 20lbs if you simply just ate more. Sounds like you have the right choice of foods, you just aren't consuming enough of it.

    When you are finally steroid ready, re-consider your thoughts on oral only. In the meantime, post your diet in the nutrition section (in detail) and let's see if we can tweak things up a bit.
