ok guess its time to learn how to inject in the quads. ill read up more and watch some vids on it. Thx

Quads are by far my favorite and are very easy. And if you can handle it try delts but splitting it into two shots and hitting both in the same day.

I do this personally because with higher volume shots and ED injections you have to work with what you've got. It has become easy and i dont prefer to go over 1.5 ml in my delts. I have tried 2 ml and no matter what i do i experience leakage of the oil after i remove the needle.

i had that issue.

when i was doing test and eq (1cc of each) 3x a week, when i did delts, i would do 0.5cc of each, in each delt... im sure that didn't matter, but im OCD and keep things sorted!

2 cc's for me i found led to a bit of leakage and if working shoulders or chest - it kinda felt a bit tender at times....hard to explane till you do it.

that's my personal experience.
