i am trying to find out how many days to spread my shots out i posted another forum and they said i could shoot every 3.5 days. if you look at the deca half life it starts to drop around day 4 and test around day 8 so . i will be doing a 12 week cycle with deca 300 1.5cc = 450 mg and test 400 1.5cc 600mg in the same syringe but how many days should i wait between shots

Are you trying to do 1200mg test and 900mg deca a week? Cause thats what your above proposal comes out to.

every 3.5 days means you take your injection every 3.5 days.

dude, on one day, let's say Monday take 225mg of deca and 300mg of test

then 3 days from then, let's say Thursday, take 225mg of deca and 300mg of test.

the time of day won't be a factor, try to approximately split the week in half and you're good to go
