Oh, as a side note (slight highjack) I found out that in my age and weight class (Junior, 198) The Raw Bench Press Indiana State Record is 340, and the Raw Bench Press National Record is 385. So I am going to compete in a State Championship contest next month to set a new state record for sure, and hopefully get a National Record.
I hope the the cornbread, mashed potatoes, and red meat pays off...

You need to get busy real quick. Those are highly concentrated ORAL steroids you will be swallowing and with the contest coming up, no time nor fluid to waste.

Depends. If you just standing around for 7 hrs doing nothing then who cares, work before. If you need your legs for work, then after.
