If you gain 30lbs in a single cycle you shouldnt be cycling at all...
But if you are really 6'0-210 you can expect like 15-20lbs and maintain 10-15
Nobody in this forum will help you in what you want without know you diet in details, and after you tell it they will probably tell you to forget cycling and bump your diet
Do your own research and you eventually will figure out the cycle that best fit your goals, take your time and dont be rush on that
