    Stop the cycle and see an Endocrinologist to get on a proper restart protocol. You aren't making gains because your receptors are saturated, your diet is lacking, and training/recovery are probably not up to par.

    Fix the diet, learn how to cycle properly, read and research until your brain hurts.

    What is considered a proper cycle? from my research I found that the test e at 500 a week 2 shots a week was a common cycle to start, and for stacking with the npp, i actually found this cycle online, im only a week into this cycle

    Routine looks basic, and should suffice.
