well i don't know how to describe my diet to you because i have different kind of foods than you guys because i'm from a different culture but i'll try my best.
-breakfast : bread(toast, white) , eggs , protein shake....
-Snack : buns, dates, fruit and so on
-Lunch : alot of stuff... meat (cooked in different ways), chicken breast, and sea food. also fruit most of the time watermelon after lunch. and i have rice alot of the times with my meals.
-snack
-Dinner: pizza... burgers... ( i don't really mind the fat, i was 8%-9% body fat last time i checked)
but generally i try to keep 60%carbs / 20%-30% / And the rest fat .
As for my previous cycles, they were experimenting with orals . Dianabol , and i also tried Sustanon 250 but in a very conservative Dose.
