    Depends on Cycle Length...For Example:

    12 week test e cycle

    12 weeks on gear
    2 week break (depending on ester of test you are using)
    4 week PCT

    12 weeks off gear (time on = time off

    this equals 30 weeks. This is following standard protocol.

    So based on that You can start your 2cnd cycle in the same year 30 weeks later
    but it would end up finishing in the next year.

    You can use this method with pretty much any cycle...( there are exceptions and this is just my advice based on general rule of thumb )

    although blood work is the only conclusive way to know, the standard rule of thumb is time on + pct = time off, so
    12 week cycle
    2 weeks off
    4 week pct
    =18 weeks off after pct

    again, blood work is the only way to know

    Thanks for correcting me....and yep blood work is the way....

    I admit i am cheating on my start date for my next start pending the blood results of course!
