I did a lot of research on a lot of different boards and The guys that got the best results said that I should run the EQ at 600mg/wk for at least 14 weeks and the results should be lean muscle and very vascular.
One comment that I did get a lot was that most guys who love EQ said that the guys who say that didn't get good results from it don't run the EQ long enough or at a high enough dose.
