BTW - breaking down of muscle if nutrients aren't present definitely DOES happen while you sleep, albeit slower for obvious reasons. Not sure where you read the opposite, but that's pretty irresponsible information IMO.

Cool, I'd like to see it. Think about it, what would be the point in taking a casein shake before bed (or when you wake up in the middle of the night) if this isn't an issue?
