Ok, So the cycle I just finished was Deca and T400 400gms of each every wk. I had no (bad) side effects and paced my self in the gym. I've just finished my post cycle and had blood work done to see how everything is doing. I'm within normal limits all the way around and my Doctor said I can increase slowly up to 800gm safety as long as we monitor my blood every month. I'm trying to be as safe as possible!
My stats are:
age 24
195lbs
15% BF
I have cycled two times now, but the first cycle was just EQ because I was just into bicycle riding, I got tired of being skinny and only doing cardio so I started weight training (about 1yr ago), but I have only been very serious for about the last 3-4 months.
