    Nolva is fine.
    People only run into issues with SD because all they have on hand is some shitty OTC stuff for PCT.

    what about the people who flare up during the cycle itself?
    would you then recomend to just hop staight on the nolva?

    Yeah.
    If you get any nipple issues (which you likely won't), just hit 20mg of Nolva for a few days then drop it down to 10mg until PCT.
