my routine is simple a basic 5 day split;
Chest
Back
Bis and tris
shoulders and traps
legs
I found this is what works the best for me because i can do more sets and more time for recovery.
As for cardio no i dont do any cardio ill maybe play a couple hours of basketball 3-4 times per month lol. And my job is pretty active so im burning off calories all day there but nothing extreme.
