    Test/tren/dbol/anavar cycle log :)

    Hey guys starting my new cycle today, For u who followed my last one u would of seen i changed a LOT throughout my cycle in terms of size and shape but also lost a hell of a lot in pct. This time i am cruising with anavar and proviron for most of the weeks leading up to my next upcoming cycle. Im going to experiment a bit with this cycle and try to learn a few new things on the way.

    Ive started my dbols today(5 days earlier than my test/tren) because i want to make sure of the quality as ive heard mixed reviews on blue heart dbols around here. Cycle goes like this;

    Test cyp - 800mg (8 weeks)
    Tri tren - 375mg (7 weeks)
    Dbols 50mg weeks 1-2 and 6-8
    Anavar weeks 10-15
    Proviron weeks 10-15
    Pct will be weeks 11-15 (hcg,nolva,clomid)

    Then i will run my next cycle from week 17 or 18 depending on how i feel recovery wise. reason im sticking to short cycles is because i never gain after 6-7 weeks, that is also the reason why im runnin cycles for a little kick start again on week 6.

    mate ur going to finish pct than 2 weeks later jump on another cycle? not enough time for ur body to recover ur gona hurt ur self. the rule is time on +pct= time off

    and hcg u should start using that on the last few weeks of ur cycle like week 9-15.

    test c 1-8 800mg
    tren 375mg 1-7
    dbol 1-3 40mg
    cruzz on a small dose of test c like 250mg a week for 5 weeks or somthing than start ur next cycle and add the proviron and anavar. u dont start pct than start gearing again thats wrong.
    u should stick to a 12 week cycle but give hcg a go and c how u will recover with that.

    hey bro good to see ya start another thread. i have always benefited more from short cycles. like you i feel after week 7-8 i have road the high to the max and anything else is money not well spent. but gymjunki could be right on the post cycle, time off thing. i always take plenty of time off between cycles diet and a new training routine will hold those gains as well as anything. good luck though ( thought you had some sust 250 amps in the pic section? why did you change to the cyp just curious)

    Im using the anavar to cruise really, the pct overlapping is just a way to get my natural t levels back up to scratch. And yeh sorry the hcg is from weeks 8-11. first shot being 5 days after my last shot of test. Like i said im experimenting this cycle its not a full cruise but i think anavar is the mildest steroid therfore im going to cruise on a low dose and run pct overlapping it. then a few weeks off, maybe more depending on how i feel recovery wise and possibly some bloodwork.

    As for the sust i changed my mind because i managed to get hold of some upjohn test cyp human grade stuff which i LOVED last cycle.

    Yeh 800mg of the best available test

    On second day of cycle now on just 50mg dbol. ALREADY have back pumps! quite bad aswell. And think i am up a pound or 2 also.

    i know in your other thread you said you could eat heavy and not worry about the bf%. i was just wondering what your routine looks like and if there is any cardio work.

    my routine is simple a basic 5 day split;
    Chest
    Back
    Bis and tris
    shoulders and traps
    legs

    I found this is what works the best for me because i can do more sets and more time for recovery.

    As for cardio no i dont do any cardio ill maybe play a couple hours of basketball 3-4 times per month lol. And my job is pretty active so im burning off calories all day there but nothing extreme.

    does the tricep workout not effect your shoulder workout the next day?? i am just always very cautious of tennis elbow and afraid of the set backs from nagging little injuries. not saying your routine is bad just wondering if u have ever seen any problems.

    Woops sorry mate i do actually do shoulders and traps before bis and tris, for that exact reason actually haha

    sounds like we have some of the same problems!! it seems like you was weighing around 202-205 not sure. are you going to try and pack on as many lbs as possible or just get a good 10-15 of lean mucscle?

    Just going to bulk as much as possible mate. I might clean up my diet a bit, or throw in a ai at the end which could slow some gains down.

    Yep i have been working an extra 20+ hours on top of my usual 40 per week so im finding it hard to find time for gym aswell as being so tired. Im either going to start this monday or next monday. Will update soon asap

    Nope no sides. Slightly puffy nipples which i usualy get with tren, disapears straight after i finish my cycle. Also tren cough a few times immediately after shot, and i could smell the oil in my pee aswell mostly when i was dehydrated lol. Dont mind these sides as you know its strong stuff, a lot of fake tren around especially enanthate.

    Nba whats the source of the cough? Sounds a little disconcerting - respiratory side effect?

    Yeh im not sure the exact reason behind it mate. Personaly i dont mind it because a lot of fake trens around, so when i see this side i know its good, plus it only lasts 1-2 mins nothing major haha

    Hey man ive been following your cycles for a while now and it looks like you know what your doing. I was just wondering how does your PCT go when your also running anavar with it? Does that effect it at all?

    i dont run anavar alongside pct. i ran it before pct. and no it doesnt effect it at all, anavar is very mild

    I agree with the recovery part
